Split PTFE backup rings are mainly used to fill the gaps in static sealing to prevent the O-ring from being squeezed into the gap and causing failure. They are designed to improve the performance and service life of the O-ring. Our split PTFE backup rings are made of high-quality PTFE materials, which we are good at. They are generally designed with rectangular geometric shapes and 45-degree bevel cuts. Their split design is convenient for installation, especially for equipment that is not easy to disassemble. 

We also manufacture and supply split backup rings made of other materials, such as bronze-filled PTFE, PEEK split backup rings, NYLON split backup rings, and POM split backup rings. We can also provide backup ring without splits.
