The PG-type PU piston seals is a double-acting sealing component consisting of a preloaded elastomeric O-ring and a specially designed polyurethane sealing outer ring.
UHS seal and UNS seal are made of polyurethane (PU). Their design cross-section is a Y-shaped lip seal with the same height as the inner and outer sealing lips.
Compared with other materials, such as rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene, it has better elasticity, maintains sealing ability under high-frequency movement or high-pressure conditions, adapts to complex working conditions, and has relatively low material costs.
