The GSI ptfe rod seal reverse glyd ring consists of an O-ring and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing ring.
Advantage
Standard Materials:
Sealing ring: Filled polytetrafluoroethylene (F-PTFE)
o-ring: Nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluorocarbon rubber (FKM)
Application Scope:
GSI ptfe rod seal excels in double-sided sealing applications for hydraulic systems and reciprocating motion under high pressure, low pressure, and high-frequen- cy conditions. It is suitable for long strokes and can be used in a wide range of fluid and high-temperature applications, accommodating larger piston clearances.
Clearance: The maximum allowable radial clearance emax is determined by the working pressure and the functional diameter, as indicated in the table.
